My Experience of Joining a Choir

This semester, I joined the school choir, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I love singing, but I was nervous at first because I thought my voice wasn’t good enough. The choir teacher, Ms. Lee, is very kind. She taught us how to breathe correctly and sing in harmony. We practice twice a week, and every time we sing together, I feel a sense of unity. Last month, we performed at the school’s art festival. I was so nervous before going on stage, but when we started singing, I forgot all my worries. The audience cheered loudly, and it made me feel proud. Joining the choir has not only improved my singing skills but also helped me make new friends. It teaches me that working together can create beautiful things, and it brings me a lot of joy.
